Can you relate?
Despite my efforts, I felt exhausted, malnourished, and disconnected from my family and friends. My health was also suffering as a result of hormone disruptions which can affect everything from your metabolism to your mood. It wasn’t until a challenging life event occurred and made me realise something had to change. I embarked on a journey of self discovery and healing and through this process I learnt to challenge my perfectionist tendencies and let go of the need to constantly strive for unattainable standards.
I freed myself from the all-consuming obsession with food, and finally found balance.
As a nutritionist, I am passionate about helping others break free from the same struggles. I believe that everyone deserves to experience the transformative power of true health and happiness and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
