My mission is to empower ladies to look and feel their best by simplifying nutrition and educating on how to make this a sustainable way of life. It is time to focus on the nourishment of our bodies and our minds and release restriction.

I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, beautiful, and empowered in her own skin.

​

For years I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. I was constantly chasing the elusive ideal of perfection, believing that strict control over what I ate and how much I exercised was the key to happiness and self-worth.

 

But instead of feeling fulfilled, I found myself trapped in a cycle of restriction and overexercise. A constant punishment for not being 'enough.'

Can you relate?

Despite my efforts, I felt EXHAUSTED, malnourished, and DISCONNECTED from my family and friends. My health was also suffering as a result of hormone disruptions which can affect everything from your metabolism to your MOOD.

It wasn’t until a challenging life event occurred and made me realise something had to change. I embarked on a journey of self discovery and healing and through this process I learnt to challenge my perfectionist tendencies and let go of the need to constantly strive for unattainable standards.

​

I freed myself from the all-consuming obsession with food, and finally found balance.

As a nutritionist, I am passionate about helping others break free from the same struggles. I believe that everyone deserves to experience the transformative power of true health and happiness – and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
